Creative Assessment of Pinterest's S'mores Dip Recipe: Users' Opinions Divide
The Easter Peeps S'mores Dip is a delightful recipe that brings together the traditional flavours of s'mores with adorable Peeps additions. This recipe was developed by the renowned Martha Stewart and shared by Kat and Melinda at Home Made Interest.
To prepare this scrumptious dip, you'll need an oven-proof skillet or baking dish, 1 bag each of dark and white chocolate chips, 3 packages of Peeps, and graham crackers. Start by placing the white chocolate chips at the bottom of your skillet, followed by a layer of dark chocolate chips. Next, arrange the Peeps on top, ensuring an assortment of colours or sticking to a single colour if you prefer.
Preheat your oven to 400 F. Once ready, put the skillet into the oven for 5-7 minutes until the Peeps get slightly toasted. Depending on your oven, you may need to cook the dip a few minutes longer to ensure the Peeps are toasty and the chips melt.
Once out of the oven, let the dip cool for 5 minutes before digging in. The dip is best enjoyed by scooping a bit of it and sandwiching it between two graham crackers. Alternatively, you can place Peeps on top of the chocolate and enjoy them as is.
The combination of white and dark chocolate in the Easter Peep's S'mores Dip is absolutely delicious. If you don't have an ovenproof skillet, a decorative pie plate would work great.
The Easter Peep's S'mores Dip was a success in the Test Kitchen, and we're confident it will be a hit at your Easter gathering too. Give it a try and enjoy the sweet, gooey, and adorable treat!
