A series of incidents occurred across several towns in the region this week. A cyclist was injured in a hit-and-run in Ober-Rosbach, while attempted burglaries and vandalism were reported in Butzbach and Friedberg.

In Ober-Rosbach, a 57-year-old cyclist was struck by a motorcycle and left injured on Tuesday. The motorcycle had previously overtaken several cars recklessly, according to witnesses. The rider fled the scene without stopping.

In Butzbach, burglars attempted to enter a residential building on Tuesday but left empty-handed. Later that evening, an unknown man caused damage to a silver Mercedes Sprinter and a gray Audi A3. He was described as tall, muscular, with short dark hair, and dressed entirely in orange. Witnesses are urged to contact the police.

In Friedberg, a man was seen pulling on car doors, including a red Tesla, on Tuesday evening. He was temporarily detained by police. Meanwhile, unknown persons entered an office in Ockstadt and stole a cash box between Monday and Tuesday. Witnesses with information are asked to come forward.

Elsewhere, over 100 meters of construction cables were stolen from a site in Bad Nauheim between Friday and Tuesday.

Authorities are seeking information from the public to help solve these crimes. Anyone with details is asked to contact their local police station. No further details about the identities of the perpetrators are available at this time.
