Criminal steals from elderly individual within the confines of a bookstore
In an unfortunate incident that took place on Tuesday afternoon, an 86-year-old woman had her handbag snatched from the handle of her walker at a bookstore on Luegallee.
The perpetrator, described as a man with an average build, black hair, and standing approximately 5'11" tall, was wearing a black cap, blue jeans, a blue top, and a blue shoulder bag at the time of the incident. The stolen handbag was a blue shoulder bag.
Fortunately, the woman was not injured during the incident. After snatching the handbag, the suspect fled the scene.
