Currency fluctuations indicate a strengthening of the U.S. dollar, making the euro, Russian ruble, and yuan more expensive, while the latter has depreciated in value.

The Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE) has released its daily trading report for September 2025. Here's a breakdown of the key exchange rates and trading volumes for the US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), Russian Ruble (RUB), and Chinese Yuan (CNY) against the Belarusian Ruble (BYN).

On September 2, 2025, the USD opened trading at 2.9714 BYN per USD, with a daily increase of 0.18%. The maximum USD rate for the day was 2.9795 BYN, while the minimum rate was 2.9714 BYN. By the end of the month, the USD had weakened slightly, closing at 2.978 BYN per USD, marking a 0.6% decrease against the Belarusian ruble.

The Euro started the month at approximately 1 EUR = 3.96 BYN, but over the course of the month, it depreciated slightly, closing at 3.4837 BYN per EUR. This change represents a 1.27% appreciation of the EUR against the Belarusian ruble. Over the same period, the average weighted EUR rate increased by 0.7492% against the Belarusian ruble. In the last seven days of September, the EUR appreciated by 0.75% against the Belarusian ruble.

The Chinese yuan rate on the BCSE on September 2, 2025, was 4.1624 BYN for 10 CNY. Over the month, the yuan rate strengthened by 0.0537 rubles (1.31%). In the last seven days, the yuan rate strengthened further by 0.0275 rubles (0.67%). The trading volume in BYN for the Chinese yuan was 14,623,300, while the trading volume for the Russian ruble was 123,868,000.

Over the month, the Russian ruble strengthened by 0.0065 rubles (0.18%) against the Belarusian ruble. In the last seven days, the Russian ruble also strengthened slightly, closing trading at 3.6987 per 100 RUB.
