Dr. Sophie Shotter, a renowned aesthetic doctor and the host of the popular podcast "Age Well with Dr. Sophie Shotter," kicks off her day with a tranquil morning routine that sets the tone for her busy schedule.
Each weekday, Dr. Shotter wakes up at 5 am, allowing herself a slight lie-in at the weekends. The first faces she sees in the morning are her beloved cats, providing a comforting start to the day.
Upon rising, Dr. Shotter abstains from immediately checking her phone. Instead, she finds solace in meditation to maintain calmness during the hectic mornings that follow.
