This 4-year program allows students to complete a vocational training and earn an internationally recognized Bachelor of Arts degree. Lectures for the program take place parallel to on-the-job training at the University of Applied Sciences Niederrhein.

To be eligible for the program, applicants need an Abitur with an average grade of 2.5 or better. Desirable qualities for the program include enjoying working with people, high performance orientation, initiative, efficient self-organization, high resilience, excellent language skills (German/English), and good manners.
