In a shocking turn of events, a 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing incident that took place in Taman Rasah Jaya, Seremban, on September 7. The victim, a 31-year-old man, sustained neck slash wounds in the attack.
According to the police chief in Seremban, ACP Mohammad Hatta Che Din, the police received a report about the incident at around 6:24 PM on Friday. The suspect was arrested the following evening, around 19:50, in Reinickendorf, Berlin.
The suspect was initially apprehended at Sungai Buloh Hospital, where he had been taken for treatment after being injured while trying to flee. He was later remanded for five days for further investigation under Section 326 of the Penal Code, which pertains to voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons.
The victim was initially taken to Tuanku Ja'afar Hospital Seremban for treatment, but no new information has been provided about his current status or condition. The investigation is ongoing, and no further details about the victim or the suspect have been released.
