Disruption of traffic in Erfurt due to Assembly organized by LPI-EF

The Christopher Street Day (CSD) will make its way through Erfurt's city centre tomorrow, September 6, 2025. The event promises to be a vibrant and significant celebration, attracting an estimated 3,000 participants.

The procession will commence from the Domplatz at 1:30 PM, and a second assembly with procession will start at 11:30 AM from the Willy-Brandt-Platz. The route will take participants through Bonifaciusstraße, Karl-Marx-Platz, Neuwerkstraße, Juri-Gagarin-Ring, Krämpfertor, and the Anger before returning to the Domplatz.

Significant traffic disruptions are expected in the inner city area from approximately 12:00 to 17:00 due to the assemblies. Visitors of the state capital are advised to plan more time for arrival and departure on Saturday.
