In a heartfelt appearance on "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert" last Thursday, actress and talk show host Drew Barrymore shared her deep love and admiration for her two daughters, Olive and Frankie.

Barrymore, who shares her daughters with ex-husband Will Kopelman, revealed that motherhood has changed her priorities significantly. She considers her daughters to be her everything, referring to them as her "North Star."

During the interview, Barrymore opened up about a recent incident involving her 12-year-old daughter, who had an electric bike accident in France. The accident occurred deep in the mountains, and the daughter used her bra as a makeshift tourniquet to stop the bleeding before being treated in an emergency room for several days.

Barrymore expressed her concern and the impact the incident had on her, stating that she cares deeply about raising her daughters and is imperfect but determined to do her best. The incident led her to cancel a meeting with Colbert's wife due to her daughter's needs.

Despite the challenges, Barrymore finds raising her daughters fun, humorous, delicious, and great. She believes she was "put on this planet to raise girls," and her show, "The Drew Barrymore Show," reflects her passion for motherhood and empowering women.

The accident in France was not the first time Barrymore has shared her experiences as a mother on the show. In January, she described her daughters as her "North Star" during a previous appearance on Colbert's CBS show.

Despite extensive search results, no new facts about the accident or the daughter's name and hospital stay have been found. Barrymore's focus remains on her daughters and her role as a mother, expressing her gratitude for the support she has received during this difficult time.
