In a growing concern for the security agencies of the country, both the Brazilian and Eastern European mafias are involved in illegal activities, posing a significant threat to the nation's security.

The Eastern European mafia, a group of concern for the authorities, is primarily composed of Russian, Georgian, Albanian, Chechen, and Serbian mafias. These groups are known for their involvement in activities such as drug trafficking, money laundering, and corruption. According to the Polícia Judiciária (PJ) and Serviço de Informações de Segurança (SIS), these Eastern European mafias are a cause for worry.

Similarly, the Brazilian mafia is also a concern for the security agencies in the country. Their activities, which include illegal activities, are under close monitoring by both PJ and SIS. The Polícia Federal do Brasil (PJ) and SIS are working diligently to combat the activities of both the Brazilian and Eastern European mafias.

International trafficking, a major security issue in the country, is a significant concern due to the involvement of these mafia groups. The ’Ndrangheta, an Italian mafia, while primarily active in Europe, also extends its influence internationally. This mafia is under scrutiny for its involvement in drug trafficking, money laundering, and infiltration of legitimate businesses.

The Serviço de Inteligência Militar (SIM) is also keeping a close eye on the activities of the Eastern European mafia, recognising them as a potential threat to the country's security.

In a united front, the security agencies of the country are working tirelessly to combat the illegal activities of both the Brazilian and Eastern European mafias, ensuring the safety and security of the nation.
