In a significant move, Dubai South Properties, under the leadership of CEO Nabil Al Kindi, has unveiled the Dubai South Business Hub (DSBH). This digital-first free zone platform is designed to support entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and global enterprises within Dubai South.

The DSBH, located within Dubai South Business Park, aims to set a new benchmark for business support services in the UAE and beyond. By combining innovation, speed, and flexibility, it promises to streamline company formation with same-day licensing, end-to-end digital applications, and a founder-first approach.

Companies within Dubai South's ecosystem have direct links to banks and government entities, making it easier for businesses to navigate the administrative landscape. Entrepreneurs can set up their business entirely online, manage documentation through a secure portal, and access one-click services for licences, visas, renewals, and compliance.

The DSBH also offers a Beyond Hub platform, a suite of integrated services including corporate banking, Value Added Tax (VAT) and accounting support, visa solutions, family relocation assistance, and government liaison.

This launch reinforces Dubai South Properties' commitment to creating an enabling environment for partners and clients, as stated by Nabil Al Kindi. Dubai South Properties has been at the forefront of several initiatives, such as the launch of the Dubai South Business Hub, which is expected to contribute significantly to Dubai's position as a global hub for business.

On a related note, Dubai South is also home to the 'Hayat' community, a residential development with nearly 2,500 units. The city's strategic location and infrastructure have also had a positive impact on the short-term rental market, making it an attractive destination for tourists and long-term residents alike.

Meanwhile, in other news, Filipino overseas voter registration will resume on December 1 ahead of the 2028 elections. The UAE President, Sheikh Mohamed, has welcomed Jordan's King on an official visit. In a separate development, several major Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) projects in Dubai have reduced traffic and added hundreds of parking spaces, further enhancing the city's livability.

Lastly, Dubai has made headlines for its role in the deportation of an Indian fugitive wanted in a Dh958 million betting and money laundering case. As always, KT will continue to provide updates on these developments through our WhatsApp Channels.
