Eco-friendly Fashion Exhibition in 2025: Conscious Boutique Showcases Top Sustainable Apparel Items Again
The Conscious Boutique, a gallery showcasing eco-friendly fashion pieces, is set to return to Momad Madrid with the guiding principles "Explore. Inspire. Support Change." The boutique, curated by Belvis Soler of 001.Agency, invites visitors to support creators shaping a better future for fashion.
La Boutique Consciente is defined by five criteria: Circular Innovation, Transparency and Ethics, Natural Materials, High Artisanship, and Social Impact. These principles are embodied by the various designers showcasing their work at the boutique.
One such designer is Susan Pinto, who produces organic cotton and natural silk garments, promoting traditional craftsmanship and limited edition production. Another is Tony Bonet Adlib, who creates entirely handcrafted garments, made in their own pattern-making workshop, ensuring the uniqueness of each piece.
Star Love promotes fair work and eco-friendly production by producing espadrilles entirely in their own factory in La Rioja. Dando un Paseo offers a 100% bamboo dress, handmade espadrilles, and coral thread bag, promoting ethical production and social projects.
Coral Secret celebrates femininity and connection to nature through handmade designs using natural fibers. Lúa Swimwear presents an artisanal eco-friendly swimsuit, paired with a towel from Island Soulmates, made from 22 recycled plastic bottles (GRS certification).
Julise Magon creates organic cotton shirts using premium fabric remnants, focusing on conscious design by giving new life to preexisting materials. Ildhorit produces timeless pieces handmade by local seamstresses, using eco-responsible materials like organic cotton and recycled polyester.
Surkana showcases a certified GOTS organic cotton dress at The Conscious Boutique. Elemente Clemente uses low-water digital printing on European linen for their outerwear. Morena Toro presents hand-embroidered cotton gauze tunic and kimono using ancestral Paraguayan techniques, honoring artisanship and practicing creative waste reduction.
Arte y Tejido promotes a socially responsible model, ensuring fair work and empowering over 150 artisans from the Chorrera community. Derive af Buren empowers women through fashion, tells stories, and keeps traditional textile crafts alive.
Estrivancus Eivissa creates handmade pieces inspired by Ibiza's culture, making sustainable fashion from the product to the packaging. Dando un Paseo, Star Love, and Coral Secret also prioritize sustainability in their packaging.
The Conscious Boutique was founded in 2018 by Mireia Peral, who encourages visitors to support creators who are committed to shaping a better future for fashion through ethical, circular, and socially committed practices. By shopping at The Conscious Boutique, visitors can make a difference in the fashion industry and support artisans from around the world.
