Elderly individual forcefully enters a structure
On the night of Saturday, 23rd August, an unusual incident unfolded at a construction site located in Kirchheimer Straße, Euskirchen-Kirchheim.
At around 12:20 AM, a 57-year-old man unlawfully entered the under-construction single-family house on the site. According to available information, the man gained entry by climbing over a garden fence and forcing open a window.
A witness, who was present at the time, observed the man during the incident and alerted the police about the unauthorized entry at the construction site.
Upon arriving at the scene, police officers located the 57-year-old man inside the house. The name of the individual, however, remains undisclosed in the current reports.
Following his arrest, the man was taken to the Euskirchen police station. The man's history of similar offenses in Euskirchen led to his temporary arrest due to the risk of repeat offenses.
Fortunately, no items were reported stolen from the construction site during the incident.
The construction site, situated in Kirchheimer Straße, Euskirchen-Kirchheim, continues its operations as normal, ensuring the safety and security of its workers and resources.
