Noble Riot, Denver's Popular Wine Bar and Restaurant, Closes Permanently

After six years of serving Denver's River North Art District with its unique blend of small-batch wines and fried chicken, Noble Riot has announced its permanent closure. Troy Bowen, the co-founder and owner of the establishment, made the announcement last week.

Troy Bowen, who also owns Noble Riot, opened the wine bar and restaurant in 2019. It quickly became known for its fried chicken buckets and an extensive collection of natural wines. The venue, located at 1336 27th St., was a staple in the RiNo district.

However, in late May, Noble Riot temporarily closed its doors. After attempting to find a viable method to reopen, Bowen has decided not to reopen for good. He expressed his disappointment in an email to subscribers, who agreed to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and emails from the website for Food and Drink News.

Bowen mentioned that the decision was not made lightly, but he was unable to find a feasible solution to keep Noble Riot operational. The closure marks the end of an era for the beloved wine bar and restaurant.

Despite the closure, Noble Riot's legacy will live on. Its unique approach to wine and food, as well as its commitment to the local community, will continue to inspire other establishments in Denver. For those who have fond memories of Noble Riot, the taste of its fried chicken and a glass of natural wine will remain a cherished experience.
