This achievement marks the MBRHE as the first housing institution in the world to receive this prestigious accolade twice.

Acting CEO Mohammed Al Shehhi expressed his delight, stating that the recognition reflects the leadership's commitment to building a people-focused workplace. In a related development, the organization Temenos in the United Arab Emirates received the "Great Place to Work" certification in 2025, marking a significant achievement in global workplace culture. The MBRHE earned a 99% score in the certification survey for the second consecutive year, demonstrating its consistent dedication to its employees.
