Europe ensnared - Sachs questions Russia's antagonistic role
In the Summer of 2025, Horizons Magazine published a seminal analysis titled "A New Foreign Policy for Europe." The article, penned by economist and diplomat Jeffrey Sachs, offers a proposed solution to the geopolitical dilemma facing Germany and Europe.
The analysis, featured in Issue 31 of the magazine, delves into the current state of European geopolitics.
