Europe ensnared - Sachs questions Russia's antagonistic role

In the Summer of 2025, Horizons Magazine published a seminal analysis titled "A New Foreign Policy for Europe." The article, penned by economist and diplomat Jeffrey Sachs, offers a proposed solution to the geopolitical dilemma facing Germany and Europe.

The analysis, featured in Issue 31 of the magazine, delves into the current state of European geopolitics. Besides Germany, Sachs highlights the geopolitical engagement of France, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia in Europe.
