The Global Markets – Western Europe track, happening on September 17 at Lisbon’s Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL), will be a key focus, shedding light on regulation and retention in Italy, the Nordics, the Netherlands, and Portugal.

This track promises to offer deeply strategic panels addressing real-world regulatory frameworks, compliance challenges, innovation imperatives, and customer retention tactics tailored for Europe's most competitive and regulation-heavy gaming sectors.

Key discussions and panels include:

  1. Navigating escalating compliance demands: Operators will share insights on how they adapt to increasingly strict and evolving regulatory frameworks, covering revised licensing systems and new consumer protection mandates.
  2. Shifting player expectations and retention strategies: Practical tools and strategies for retaining customers amid complex regulatory environments and intensifying global competition will be highlighted.
  3. Driving responsible innovation within tight regulatory constraints: Discussions will centre on enabling sustainable growth while maintaining compliance.

In addition to the Global Markets – Western Europe track, the event will also feature other tracks such as Global Markets - Latin America and Brazil, and Global Markets - North America.
