Ex-wife petitions court: Expresses fear as she blocks estranged spouse

In a shocking turn of events, Stephan Hensel, the ex-husband of Christina Block, daughter of Eugen Block, the founder of the popular steakhouse chain "Block House", has described a New Year's Eve attack that left him terrified.

The incident, which occurred on the 31st of December 2023, saw Stephan Hensel allegedly unlawfully retained his 10-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter following a weekend visit. During the attack, Stephan Hensel was thrown to the ground and constantly hit and kicked. The children were allegedly taken to their mother in Germany, but after a few days, they had to return to their father in Denmark following a court decision.

The children, who have been living with their father in Denmark since the end of August 2021, were allegedly abducted during the incident. Stephan Hensel tried to fight back during the attack, but the details of the abduction and the court decision that required the children to return to their father in Denmark are not publicly disclosed.

The Hamburg Public Prosecutor's Office is involved in the case, and Stephan Hensel's questioning in the matter will continue on Wednesday. The custody battle between Stephan Hensel and the children's mother has been ongoing, and the current living situation of the children was a point of contention.

It's important to note that the daughter of Eugen Block, who is accused of being responsible for the kidnapping of the children, is not mentioned as being involved in the custody battle. The Hamburg Public Prosecutor's Office is the primary authority handling the case.

As the investigation continues, Stephan Hensel remains hopeful for a resolution that ensures the well-being and safety of his children. The public awaits further developments in this ongoing case.
