Execution of Arrest Warrants with Hefty Fines Under BPOLI PW - GdpD POM Case

A 39-year-old Ukrainian is currently serving a 120-day sentence in Neustrelitz Prison, following his conviction for bodily injury, insult, and endangering traffic. It was reported that the Ukrainian had a warrant for resisting enforcement officers issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office Offenburg.
In a separate incident, a 27-year-old German was found and checked on a FlixBus, travelling to Berlin. The German had three outstanding warrants for arrest, each with a detention order.
