Expansion of hangar facilities at Larnaca Airport through Bird Aviation's new third hangar addition.

Bird Aviation, a leading provider of MRO services in the EMEA region, is set to increase its operational capacity with the construction of a third hangar at Larnaca Airport in Cyprus. The new facility, scheduled for completion by November 2025, will be located next to the company's existing premises.

The second facility, similar to the first, will feature a fourth bay dedicated to narrow-body aircraft. This addition will allow Bird Aviation to accommodate more aircraft simultaneously, further strengthening its operational flexibility.

The expansion is part of Bird Aviation's ongoing efforts to meet the increasing demand for its services. Emirates, Qatar Airways, and Turkish Airlines have declared themselves as new or existing customers for the use of Bird Aviation's new hangar at Larnaca Airport.

The project, which is in response to rising demand from long-standing and new airline partners, is a testament to Bird Aviation's commitment to growth. The second facility, set for opening in November 2022, is the second facility completed by Bird Aviation.

The expansion of Bird Aviation at Larnaca Airport is not just a response to current demand but also a strategic move to position the company for future growth. The addition of the second facility will increase Bird Aviation's operational capacity, enabling it to better serve its customers and meet the growing demands of the aviation industry.

As Bird Aviation continues to grow, it reinforces its position as a key player in the MRO services market in the EMEA region. The company's expansion at Larnaca Airport is a significant step forward in its ongoing growth strategy.
