Starting September 13th, the city of Wiesbaden will welcome a new addition to its vibrant cityscape: Lou Lou Tagesbar. This establishment, located at Wilhelmstraße 32, will offer French pâtisserie as part of a concept store that has been operational since August 2018.

The patisserie, named Daniel Thiel Dolci, is the brainchild of owner Daniel Thiel. Born from his passion for hospitality and indulgence, the new offering aims to combine French patisserie art with the aesthetics of the store, featuring high-quality, minimalist design and characteristic stucco elements.

The patisserie is primarily designed for takeaway to avoid disrupting the fashion store's operation. However, there will be two to three seating places available for guests who wish to stay briefly.

The target audience for Daniel Thiel Dolci includes those who appreciate quality, style, and indulgence. The offering will include fresh croissants, cinnamon rolls, and French pastries daily. The patisserie aims to attract locals, regular customers, and passersby, as well as those drawn by the presentation of the new fall and winter collection on September 13th.

Daniel Thiel sees the patisserie project as a contribution to a lively, diverse cityscape. He views the logistical challenges as a positive challenge, considering them an integral part of the business. The biggest challenge in the initial phase is logistics and balancing the existing store with the new gastronomic offering.

In the long term, Daniel Thiel can imagine implementing the concept at other locations or expanding it with further partners. The project is not just seen as an addition to the store, but as a contribution to Wilhelmstraße, aiming to revitalize the area.

The patisserie project is a permanent and integral part of the business, as stated by owner Daniel Thiel. He believes that Daniel Thiel Dolci will be a valuable addition to the city, offering a taste of French culture to the people of Wiesbaden.
