Facebook's founder, Mark Zuckerberg, has initiated a lawsuit against the company.

In a surprising turn of events, Facebook's co-founder, Mark S. Zuckerberg, finds himself embroiled in a legal dispute with the tech giant, Meta. The controversy stems from the repeated suspensions of Zuckerberg's professional Facebook account, a situation that has made headlines in both American and international media since 2011.

Zuckerberg, who operates a professional Facebook profile in addition to a private one, has seen his professional page suspended no fewer than five times in the past eight years. The latest suspension, which occurred in May of this year, has yet to be lifted, leaving the tech mogul without access to this important platform.

Reactivating Zuckerberg's professional Facebook page has historically been a slow process, often taking months. Despite this, Zuckerberg has demanded the court to order Meta to refrain from suspending his profiles in the future.

At the heart of this dispute is Zuckerberg's accusation that Meta has breached their contract by failing to provide the agreed consideration for his expenses as an advertising customer. Over the years, Zuckerberg has spent over $11,000 on Facebook advertising, a significant sum given his status as a co-founder.

In addition, Zuckerberg, who has been active as a lawyer for 38 years, has accused Meta of not disclosing a specific employee responsible for deciding the suspension of his Facebook profile. This lack of transparency, he argues, infringes upon his right to due process.

As the lawsuit against Meta continues, both parties remain silent on the matter, leaving the public to speculate about the outcome. The ongoing legal battle between Zuckerberg and Meta serves as a reminder of the complexities that can arise even within the highest echelons of the tech industry.
