Federal police in NRW apprehend suspects following video analysis related to a rape incident

In a significant development, a 42-year-old German citizen from Mali has been arrested in connection with a rape case in Dortmund. The suspect was taken into police custody due to the risk of flight, after being provisionally arrested the following day.
