Female Victim in Montrose Hit-and-Run Incident: Vehicle Located Without Driver, Police Report

In a tragic incident, a hit-and-run crash took place on Thursday evening in Houston's Montrose area. The accident occurred in the 900 block of Richmond Avenue near Montrose Boulevard, claiming the life of a 50-year-old woman.

According to the reports, the woman was struck by a vehicle travelling east on Richmond Avenue. The type of vehicle involved in the crash was a blue Mercedes-Benz EQE 350, as described by witnesses at the scene.

The suspect driver, however, fled the scene without helping the victim. The woman was taken to a hospital but later pronounced deceased. As of now, there is no information available about the suspect driver.

In a surprising turn of events, the suspect vehicle was found in a parking lot on South Shepherd Drive. However, the driver was not in the vehicle when it was discovered.
