In the heart of Berlin, an incident occurred at the Alexanderplatz station that has sent shockwaves through the city. On New Year's Eve, a 15-year-old Russian national threw firecrackers at a plainclothes officer at the station, causing minor injuries. The attack is now under investigation, with potential targeting due to police affiliation being considered.
