Bradshaw has worked at several prominent financial institutions, including RBS, the Financial Conduct Authority, PwC, and most recently, HSBC. At HSBC, Bradshaw set up and led the payment innovation practice within global payment operations. The exact duration of her tenure at HSBC is not specified.

Before joining HSBC, Bradshaw worked at RBS and the Financial Conduct Authority. She also spent time at PwC, where she honed her skills in payments and transaction banking.
