Truck Thefts at Rest Area Near Frankfurt am Main: 19 Trailers Targeted
In an unexpected turn of events, a series of truck thefts took place at a rest area heading towards Frankfurt am Main, with a total of 19 trailers targeted between Monday, 10:00 PM, and Tuesday, 02:40 AM.
The crime was first reported by a truck driver who alerted a patrol unit of the Highway Police around 02:30 AM on Tuesday. Upon arrival, it was discovered that most of the trailers had their tarpaulins slashed and cargo removed, with one case of a container being forced open.
