Following a physical altercation in Neustadt, two individuals are now in police custody.

In a disturbing incident that occurred on Wednesday afternoon, a dispute in Bremen's Neustadt neighborhood led to a violent attack on a 20-year-old man. The incident took place at around 2:30 PM in front of a kiosk on Kornstraße.

According to the Bremen Police, a gray SUV with two men stopped near the 20-year-old, who was sitting at a table. The two men called out to the victim and then exited the vehicle, attacking him. The passenger struck the 20-year-old on the head with a glass ashtray, causing a head wound. Emergency services treated the victim at the scene.

The Bremen Police have filed criminal charges against the suspects, aged 26 and 28. The charges include dangerous bodily harm, driving without a license, and driving under the influence of intoxicants. The 28-year-old driver was also operating the vehicle without valid insurance.

A blood test was ordered for the 28-year-old suspect. Blood stains were found on his clothing and in the vehicle, and a glass ashtray was recovered. The 26-year-old suspect is currently in police custody.
