A tragic incident has unfolded in the Norwood section of the Bronx, where four teens are facing murder charges for the fatal stabbing of a 14-year-old boy named Angel Mendoza on August 5, 2025.

The attack, which reportedly was a retaliation for the stabbing of one of the teens' brothers earlier that day, took place at Williamsbridge Oval Park. According to the Bronx District Attorney, Darcel D. Clark, the teens "allegedly beat, pistol-whipped, and stabbed the victim."

The four accused are Andrew Ansah and Jordan Williams, both 18, and two minors, aged 15 and 16. The two older teens are scheduled to reappear in court on November 18, while their co-defendants are set to appear before the juvenile court on September 2.

The attack on Mendoza was recorded on a cellphone, which also captured the images of two other alleged assailants who are still at large. The disturbing footage shows the four teens hitting, kicking, and stabbing Mendoza several times.
