Frenzied Attempt at Homicide on Münsterstraße; Authorities Searching for Eye-Witnesses
A severe incident occurred on Friday evening in Dortmund, Germany, leaving a 52-year-old resident in critical condition. The police have established a homicide unit to investigate the incident, which took place at around 8:45 PM near the Nord Sports Hall on Münsterstraße.
According to the police, the incident appears to have been preceded by an argument between the man and several individuals. The individuals involved in the argument reportedly attacked the man with a sharp object, causing multiple injuries. The attackers then fled the scene, and an immediate search, including the use of a sniffer dog, was conducted, but the perpetrators were not found.
On August 29, at approximately 20:45, a severely injured man was found on a sidewalk in front of the Nord Sports Hall. The ambulance took the injured man to a hospital, where doctors have stated that his life is in danger.
The Dortmund Police are asking for any information about the crime or the fleeing suspects. The suspects are believed to be five darkly dressed men aged between 20 and 30. One of the suspects was wearing a red jersey and a cap.
