Fresh additions to the Bad Kissingen Regional Council enthusiastically welcomed

The Bad Kissingen District Office is welcoming a new group of apprentices, ready to embark on their journey in the public sector. District Administrator Thomas Bold warmly welcomed the newcomers at the office.

Starting from 1 September, nine apprentices will begin their training. Felicitas Kron, Zoe Grom, Nikolas Tiefenbach, Hannah Kubo, Lara Ebert, Jannik Lins, Isabel Schaupp, Irene Roell, and Bastian Kresser will join the office as Administrative Management Assistants, Administrative Specialists, and a Specialist in IT.

The apprenticeship at the district office offers secure jobs with varied tasks, providing an excellent foundation for a career in the public sector. The apprentices will be trained by Simone Ruppert, the training supervisor, and will gain insights into the diverse tasks of the individual departments.

The district office is divided into six departments, each with more than twenty areas of responsibility. These range from county treasury and nature and environmental protection to social welfare, youth welfare, personnel department, and press office. The apprenticeship in administration includes subjects like "Constitutional Law", "Municipal Financial Management", and "Public Safety and Order".

Throughout their apprenticeship, the apprentices will face an intermediate exam after the halfway point and a final exam at the end of their apprenticeship, which consists of an oral and written test. Individual caseworkers at the district office are always available for questions and guidance.

In addition to attending vocational school and the Bavarian Administration Academy, the apprentices will also learn from their practical experiences at the district office. The training supervisor for the new intake of administrative trainees is not explicitly named for the Bad Kissingen District Office, but a similar role at the Landratsamt Würzburg is held by Anna-Lena Rushiti.
