Funding announcements: Deemples receives investment from V Ventures, YesWeHack secures USD 28 million, Innoviti initiates second closing of Series E round, and additional updates

Seaplane Asia, a provider of commercial seaplane, aviation, and lifestyle services in Southeast Asia, has closed its latest funding round, co-led by TK & Partners and A2D Ventures, with support from several other unnamed investors.

Innoviti, a Bengaluru-based provider of integrated payment solutions, has initiated the second close of its Series E funding round with an investment from US-based Alumni Ventures. The company plans to launch an IPO after the completion of its Series E round.

Deemples, a Malaysia-based platform for golfers, has doubled its active golfer base in Malaysia since its last fundraising round and raised USD 2 million from Singapore-based venture capital firm V Ventures.

YesWeHack, a bug bounty and vulnerability management platform, has raised USD 28 million in a Series C funding round. With the funding, YesWeHack intends to enhance its product offerings by investing in artificial intelligence and expand its market presence globally. SiPower, a Suzhou-based supplier of automotive-grade power components, has raised nearly RMB 100 million (USD 13.8 million) in a second extension to its angel funding round. The funds raised will be used for product and technology development, as well as market promotion.

82E, a personal care startup based in India, has extended its seed funding round to raise INR 500 million (USD 6 million) from new and existing investors, including KA Enterprises, an investment entity owned by Deepika Padukone and her family. The funds raised will be allocated for growth and expansion.
