Funds worth 160 billion tenge derived from recovered assets have been channelled towards enhancing water supply services.
The Government of Kazakhstan has announced significant investments in ongoing water supply projects for the population, allocating a total of 284.3 billion tenges.
According to the press service of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this information was reported by our website. The Ministry of Agriculture has been allocated 100.9 billion tenges, with 59.3 billion coming from the Special State Fund (SSF). The Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development has been allocated 183.4 billion tenges, with 101.3 billion from the SSF.
Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has allocated 160 billion tenges from the SSF for the implementation of 230 water supply projects. The National Welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" provided the largest sum of 59.3 billion Tenges, contributing alongside the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development and the Ministry of Agriculture to finance these projects.
The funding for these water supply projects in Kazakhstan comes entirely from the Special State Fund. This substantial investment is expected to improve the water supply infrastructure and ensure a more reliable water supply for the population.
These investments are part of the Government's ongoing efforts to address the country's infrastructure needs and improve the quality of life for its citizens.
