Gas Flow Initiated in Isargestade's Infrastructure Network
In the heart of Landshut, a temporary stop will be set up in front of the main building of the Stadtwerke, as construction work begins at the Isargestade from September 3 to October 15. This work, carried out by local authorities responsible for pipeline construction, is likely coordinated by the City of Landshut or relevant municipal agencies.
To accommodate the construction, traffic will be rerouted via multiple routes. Drivers can choose to travel via Podewilsstraße - Schlachthofstraße - Stethaimerstraße - John-F.-Kennedy-Platz - Seligenthaler Straße - Bismarckplatz - Zweibruckenstraße, or alternatively via Podewilsstraße - Am Alten Viehmarkt - Bischof-Sailer-Platz - Heilig-Geist-Gasse - Postplatz and Zweibruckenstraße.
Residents of the area will not be inconvenienced, as access from Podewilsstraße to Johann-Weiß-Weg / Litschengasse remains free during the construction. Furthermore, during the first construction phase, residents can drive from Zweibruckenstraße to the parking lot of the German Pension Insurance / Ussar Villa.
Unfortunately, no new information about the parking lot of the German Pension Insurance / Ussar Villa is available at this time. However, it's important to note that the construction closure does not seem to affect the access for residents from Podewilsstraße to Johann-Weiß-Weg / Litschengasse, as stated earlier.
Bus lines 7, X3, 501, and 530 are affected by the Isargestade construction and have detours. The detour for these lines is via the stops Postplatz and Am Alten Viehmarkt, in both directions. Pedestrians and cyclists are not directly mentioned to be affected by the bus line detours, and they can pass through the construction works.
The first construction phase focuses on the area between Podewilsstraße and Johann-Weiß-Weg. No new information about the closure between Zweibruckenstraße and Johann-Weiß-Weg during the second construction phase is provided at this time. However, it's worth noting that the subsequent second construction phase will require a closure between Zweibruckenstraße and Johann-Weiß-Weg.
During the construction, a temporary stop will be set up in front of the main building of the Stadtwerke. Drivers are asked to observe closure and detour signs, no-parking zones, and bypass the construction site accordingly. Stay informed for updates on the second construction phase.
