Ghigau's 13th Incident Reported

In a heated press conference, the search for missing businesswoman Nikki Talbot took centre stage. The room, filled with six rows of chairs and ten seats wide, was almost unbearably hot and humid. A large monitor displayed a head and shoulder image of a smiling Nikki, while a jug of water and four glasses, pads and pens, and two black microphones sat on a red tablecloth at the front.

Detective Inspector Arnold Conway entered from a side door and moved to the centre of the table. He began by confirming that the police are taking Nikki's disappearance very seriously and will follow up on all leads.

Mark Turner, a reporter from Diginews, asked whether it is true that Nikki Talbot reported online harassment to the police three weeks earlier. Detective Conway declined to reveal details of any communication between Mrs Talbot and the police.

The focus then shifted to the investigation's latest development. CCTV footage from approximately twenty public safety cameras and thirty doorbell cameras along Nikki Talbot's possible routes is being requested. The analysis of this footage will take over one hundred combined hours and will be conducted around the clock.

As the analysis progresses, Detective Tate addressed the room, reassuring the public that every effort is being made to find Nikki Talbot. He requested the public's help, urging anyone with information to come forward.

Lenny Talbot, Nikki's husband, was visibly upset about the online harassment not being disclosed to him earlier. He confirmed that he has reached out to Tariq Hussain, a reporter from Diginews, requesting a meeting or conversation.

Bright lights shone down on the trestle table at the front of the room, illuminating a large video camera on a tripod waiting to capture the proceedings. A phone number scrolled across the bottom of the screen, inviting the public to call with any information they might have.

As the press conference concluded, the room emptied, leaving behind a sense of urgency and determination. The search for Nikki Talbot continues, and the police and public alike remain hopeful that she will be found soon.

Nikki Talbot is 39 years old, a wife, mother, and business owner. She is five feet six inches tall or 1.67 meters, weighs 54 kg, has dark brown hair cut below the shoulder, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a yellow and blue patterned dress, cream coloured canvas shoes, and carrying a 'tote bag' with the brand name Prada.

The public is encouraged to share any information they might have about Nikki Talbot's whereabouts. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police immediately.
