In Cologne, Germany, a 38-year-old man was arrested by the local police on September 4. The arrest took place at a municipal homeless shelter, in connection with the theft of a laptop and headphones from a car parked on Dasselstraße in the Neustadt-Süd district.

According to information provided by Cologne Police and transmitted via news aktuell, the suspect is known to the authorities. The stolen items were found on the suspect during the arrest, and they have since been returned to the rightful owner, a 41-year-old individual.

The man is alleged to have stolen the laptop and headphones from the car on Dasselstraße. The victim was able to track the headphones using GPS and alert the police.
