Greetings to the fresh arrivals in our urban sanctuary, the year 2025

In the heart of Baunatal, a vibrant city in North Hesse, fourteen new apprentices have embarked on their professional journey. This exciting news is part of "NEWS FROM BAUNATAL", a service provided by our city marketing that keeps us updated on the latest happenings within the city, Kassel district, and North Hesse region.

Mayor Henry Richter, along with Head of Department Hartmut Wicke, Equal Opportunities Officer Stefanie Teuteberg, and Jennifer Britten from the Personnel Council, warmly welcomed the newcomers at a special "taster session" held at the Second Home youth center.

The new apprentices are a diverse group, consisting of four future administrative professionals, three interns, two students, two graduates of the voluntary social year (FSJ), two "PivAs" (integrated training for educators), and one inspector trainee (higher service).

The session was filled with engaging discussions, vegan and beef sausages from the grill, and refreshing drinks. Mayor Richter emphasized the importance of open and constructive communication within the team and highlighted that our city offers exciting tasks and opportunities for development.
