The successful candidate will be expected to bring practical experience in software-assisted workplace organisation, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, to the table. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 9 processing clerks for the credit business of corporate and healthcare segments. Your role will involve managing capacity distribution within the team and ensuring and improving the quality of formal contract processing of the credit business.

You will also be processing credit engagements yourself and ensuring a balanced relationship between leadership and specialist expertise. In addition, you will serve as the interface function for the process-responsible specialist department.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a bank clerk or a comparable qualification and a willingness to continue developing. Several years of experience in commercial credit business, ideally also with credit knowledge in the healthcare sector, is required. Knowledge of banking supervision law (KWG, MaRisk, etc.) is necessary.
