The service, designed to strengthen the health literacy of families, especially in challenging situations, has been praised by Dr. Natalie Hellermann of the pediatric practice at the Medicum Detmold and Mayor Frank Hilker.

The Familiennetzwerk Detmold, an organisation offering a permanent coordination service for family guides in pediatric and gynecological practices in Detmold, oversees the service.
