Gunpoint Threat against Escort Woman by LPI-G
In an unsettling incident that occurred on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at 13:00, a person with a firearm was reported to the police at Gera's South Station. The perpetrator, who remains unidentified, is estimated to be around 16-18 years old, standing at approximately 160-170 cm tall. The individual has black, well-groomed hair, and was wearing completely black clothing. They appeared to be of southern or Arabic origin.
The incident took place on a regional train from Gera to Saalfeld, where two unknown juveniles were causing a disturbance. Upon leaving the train, one of the juveniles pointed a pistol at a 62-year-old conductor, insulted her, and fired a shot. Thankfully, the conductor was hit in the leg but remained unharmed.
The pistol used in the incident was not a conventional firearm, as indicated by the yellow plastic pellets found in the train, suggesting it was a toy or airsoft pistol.
Extensive search measures were initiated by state and federal police, but the juveniles involved in the disorderly conduct and the perpetrator have not been identified. The police have launched an investigation against the still unknown individual.
