Hamburg team hands over management responsibilities to MVGM

In a strategic move, Hamburg Team Investment Management has partnered with MVGM for the operational management of their senior and care facilities. This partnership marks a significant expansion for MVGM, who have taken over property management for three such facilities.

The new properties, located in Bremen, Ganderkesee, and Duisburg, Germany, will now be under MVGM's management. These additions increase MVGM's portfolio to 18 properties, totalling nearly 150,000 square metres of commercial and residential space.

Dirk Tönjes, Managing Director of MVGM Germany, expressed his delight at earning Hamburg Team's trust and looks forward to further collaboration. He stated that MVGM's focus is on establishing stable processes from day one and prioritizing the needs of users in senior living facilities.

The Seniorenwohnen Sitardsberg in Duisburg, with 108 units and an area of over 6,000 square metres, is among the new properties under MVGM's management. The two newcare group properties in Bremen and Ganderkesee, with a total of 84 units and an area of nearly 12,000 square metres, are also part of this expansion.

Reliable, service-oriented management is crucial for senior living facilities, according to Sebastian Schlansky, Managing Director of Healthcare Real Estate at Hamburg Team Investment Management. He stated that MVGM sets up efficient processes and prioritizes user needs.

Clear key performance indicators are a focus for MVGM, according to Dirk Tönjes. Active communication with all stakeholders is another key aspect of MVGM's management style.

Dirk Tönjes, who took over as Managing Director of MVGM Germany in November 2022, also expressed MVGM's intent to further expand their collaboration with Hamburg Team Investment Management.

MVGM's approach to management prioritizes the needs of users in senior living facilities, ensuring a high standard of care and service. With this new partnership, MVGM is poised to deliver on their commitment to excellence in property management.
