The German basketball team continued their impressive form in the EuroBasket tournament, securing a convincing victory against Britain with a record-breaking score of 120:57. This win marks the fourth consecutive victory for the team and sets them up well for the rest of the competition.

The game, which was considered easier than expected, resembled a practice session for the German squad. Point guard Justus Hollatz expressed his satisfaction with the team's performance at halftime, while Tristan da Silva, the top scorer in the game with 25 points, led the charge. Da Silva was joined by his teammates Moritz Wagner, Dennis Schröder, Daniel Theis, and Oscar da Silva, who all scored in double digits.

The victory surpassed a 70-year-old record, making it a memorable night for the team. The performance indicates that they have embraced a new philosophy and are playing fast, building confidence as they progress in the tournament.

The team's coach, whose name is not specified, expressed his delight with the team's performance and enjoyed watching them play until the end. Assistant coach Alan Ibrahimagic, who has been leading the team since taking over a day before the EuroBasket started due to head coach Alex Mumbru's hospitalization, also had the opportunity to rest some loaded players in the game.

Unfortunately, the team's co-captain Johannes Voigtmann had to travel to Munich for knee treatment and will miss the rest of the EuroBasket tournament due to the need for surgery. Mumbru, on the other hand, is currently recovering, but his return date is uncertain.

The German team has had a flawless group stage in the EuroBasket tournament, setting them up well for the rest of the competition. They will face Finland on Wednesday for the group's top spot, with another win needed to achieve a group win in the EuroBasket tournament.

The team spent their rest day visiting a sauna and going for a walk in nature after their win against Lithuania, indicating that they are not only focused on the game but also taking care of their physical and mental well-being. With their impressive form and determination, the German basketball team is definitely a team to watch in the EuroBasket tournament.
