"Historical Ocean Voyages Unveiling LGBTQ+ Presence"
Get ready for an exciting theatrical experience as Chawwerusch Theater's young division, Expedition Chawwerusch, presents "Livename - a play about gender and history." This captivating production, set in a futuristic world of 2133, is directed by Susanne Schmelcher and written by guest author Frederik Müller.
The play revolves around three teenage characters, Eb0y, Sp0tty, and 4mazin, as they embark on a thrilling adventure during their last summer vacation. They stumble upon a mysterious "Lake of History," which leads them to discover queer history in a joyful and dazzling manner.
The stage and costumes for "Livename" are designed in monochromatic lavender tones, creating a visually striking atmosphere. Liam Clancy provides the choreography, ensuring a seamless blend of movement and narrative.
