Hyundai's 2025 Santa Cruz Sport Adventure, Premier Model Upgrade Unveiled

The Hyundai Motor Company has revealed a redesigned version of its popular Santa Cruz Sport Adventure Vehicle, set to hit dealerships this summer. The 2025 model boasts several exterior and interior upgrades, aiming to enhance its off-road capabilities and provide a high-tech, functional interior.

Starting with the exterior, the 2025 Santa Cruz sports a new front fascia, grille, wheel designs, and daytime running lights. The XRT trim, in particular, showcases exclusive front and rear bumper fascia designs, a unique front grille, front tow hooks, and wrench-inspired 18-inch wheels, all shod with 245 / 60 R 18 all-terrain tires.

Inside, the upgraded Santa Cruz offers a modern and functional interior. The panoramic curved display is now larger, with an optional 12.3-inch driver information cluster and available 12.3-inch audio-video navigation (AVN) system. The center stack controls have been made more ergonomic, featuring additional physical switchgear for frequently used audio and HVAC functions, and offering additional storage, including a new shelf above the glovebox.

Jose Munoz, president and Global COO of Hyundai Motor Company, emphasised the importance of the refreshed Santa Cruz in Hyundai's lineup. The XRT trim, in addition to its exterior enhancements, offers all-terrain tires, front tow hooks, and improved off-road capability. It also comes equipped with the Surround View Monitor and Blind-Spot View Monitor, and features an XRT logo debossing on the front upper seatbacks.

The 2025 Santa Cruz will also feature new infotainment systems and additional advanced driver assistance systems. While there is no direct link to Gavin Donaldson, Chief Operating Officer at Hyundai Motor Company, as the driving force behind the development of the 2025 Santa Cruz, it is clear that the vehicle represents a significant step forward in Hyundai's commitment to delivering innovative and capable vehicles.

The 2025 Santa Cruz, designed in California, is set to join Hyundai's lineup this summer, promising an exciting blend of style, functionality, and off-road capability.
