New Zealand's former T20 cricket star shatters Pakistani and West Indies international players in a CPL match with a stunning 50-ball century.

In the Caribbean Premier League, a previous New Zealand T20 standout achieved a fifty-ball century that saw the dismissal of Pakistani and West Indian international players.

In a thrilling display of power-hitting, New Zealand's Colin Munro led Trinbago Knight Riders to their third-highest total in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL), scoring an unbeaten 120 off just 57 balls.

Munro opened the innings alongside Alex Hales, and the duo set a blistering pace for the Knight Riders. The team was 114-0 in just nine overs before Hales' departure.

Against the bowling of Jason Holder and Naseem Shah, Munro scored 66 runs off 28 deliveries. His strike rate for the match was a staggering 210.53. The highlight of his innings was his second fifty, achieved in 29 balls with a six off Naseem Shah.

Munro's impressive performance has seen him join an elite group of players with multiple hundreds in the CPL. He now stands alongside Chris Gayle, Dwayne Smith, Nicholas Pooran, Faf du Plessis, Brandon King, Evin Lewis, and Andre Russell.

Gayle, a CPL legend, has scored 4 hundreds in the tournament, while du Plessis and Russell have both scored 2 hundreds each. However, the second player to score more than one hundred in the CPL after du Plessis is yet to be named in the search results.

In response, St Kitts and Nevis Patriots fell short by 12 runs in their chase, with no batter crossing fifty. The Knight Riders' total of 231-5 proved too much for the Patriots to handle.

This was Munro's sixth T20 hundred overall, further cementing his place as one of the most dangerous batsmen in the shortest format of the game. As a non-West Indian, he is the first to score more than one CPL hundred after du Plessis, highlighting his significant impact on the tournament.

The CPL hundred list spans from 2013 to 2025, with Munro's name now firmly etched in its history. His 57-ball 120 against St Kitts and Nevis Patriots will undoubtedly go down as one of the most memorable innings in the tournament's history.
