Published on May 20, 2025

The India Post GDS Recruitment 2025 has reached a significant milestone with the publication of the 3rd Merit List. This recruitment drive, which began earlier in the year, is based solely on merit, with no written test or interview required.

The selection process is strictly based on the marks obtained in the 10th standard. Candidates who have made it to the 3rd Merit List will now undergo document verification and a medical examination. After successful verification and a clean bill of health, they will receive their final appointment letters.

The document verification process comes with a deadline of June 3, 2025. Candidates are advised to stay updated through the official India Post website and ensure all their documents are ready if they've been shortlisted. The required documents include the 10th class mark sheet and certificate, birth certificate, caste certificate, disability certificate, EWS certificate, Aadhaar card, medical certificate, two passport-size photographs, and other relevant certificates.

Candidates must also meet the eligibility criteria to be considered for the India Post GDS Recruitment 2025. They must have passed Class 10 (SSC) from a recognized board, be between 18 and 40 years old as of March 3, 2025, know the local language of the postal circle applied for, and have basic computer skills.

Once the document verification process is complete, candidates will be posted to the allotted branch post offices in their respective circles. It's important to note that if a candidate's name is not on the 3rd Merit List, there may still be a supplementary list or new recruitment cycle later in the year.

Meanwhile, the AP EAPCET 2025, a separate recruitment process, began on May 19, 2025. Candidates for this recruitment must carry original documents and self-attested photocopies for verification.

For more detailed information about the specific cities and regions in the 23 Postal Circles represented in the India Post GDS 3rd Merit List 2025, please refer to the official PDFs available on the India Post website.

Stay tuned for more updates on these recruitment processes.
