Individual assaulted at newspaper kiosk
In a disturbing incident that took place in Recklinghausen, Germany, a group of 8-15 juveniles attacked a 49-year-old man outside a kiosk on Humboldt Street on August 17th.
According to reports, the man was verbally harassed before being punched and kicked. The perpetrators then stole his wallet and its contents. The victim sustained minor injuries but did not require medical attention.
One of the perpetrators was approximately 15 years old and was wearing a short, rust-colored jogging suit. No further description of the other perpetrators was provided.
