Individual Detained after Issuing Threats towards Stations Casino CEO due to Presence of Charlie Kirk Signs
In a bizarre turn of events, Thomas "TJ" Fedikovich, a 26-year-old native of Madison, Wisc., has been arrested and charged with coercion involving threats of physical force and harassment. The incident, which occurred on September 12, 2025, has placed the current jurisdiction of the case in Clark County, Nevada.
According to a report obtained by KLAS-TV/Las Vegas, Fedikovich allegedly made two threatening calls to an employee at Sunset Station in Henderson, Nevada. The charges against him are related to threats made against Sunset Station and its employees, as well as the CEO of Station Casinos, Frank Fertitta III.
The threats were in relation to Sunset Station's marquee signs memorializing the slain conservative activist Charlie Kirk. In the first call, Fedikovich warned that the memorial would be destroyed if not removed from the marquee. In the second call, he repeated the threat and allegedly added that he would also take out the CEO of the company.
The burner phone used in the threats was traced to an email registered to Fedikovich. As a result, he was arrested at a Starbucks in Henderson that he was known to frequent. The arrest took place a day later.
Fedikovich was ordered to stay away from Sunset Station and its employees, and bail for him was set at $6,000 during his probable cause hearing. He posted bond on Wednesday but is still being held at the Henderson Detention Center.
Unfortunately, the marquees honoring Charlie Kirk were taken down due to the calls and other backlash. This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of respect and decorum, even in times of strong emotions and beliefs.
