The police headquarters in Recklinghausen are currently investigating a case of financial fraud involving an unidentified suspect. The incident, which occurred in Recklinghausen city center, has also been traced to ATMs in Gladbeck and Bottrop, and several supermarkets in these towns.

According to the police, the suspect is wanted for stealing an elderly woman's EC card, which he used to make unauthorized withdrawals and purchases. A video surveillance captured the suspect at a bank in an undisclosed location.
