Individuals accused of burglarizing a Rolex store located on the Magnificent Mile, resulting in the theft of over $170,000 worth of watches.

In a dramatic turn of events, six individuals have been charged in connection with a smash-and-grab robbery at a Rolex store on Chicago's renowned Magnificent Mile. The robbery, which took place at a store located in the 700 block of North Michigan Avenue, resulted in the theft of five luxury watches, valued at a total of $170,500.

The suspects allegedly approached the store, four of whom exited a vehicle and began smashing large holes in the windows with hammers. The Chicago Police Department swiftly responded, and four of the stolen watches were recovered from the Rolex store.

The suspects led law enforcement on a high-speed chase down Lake Shore Drive and the Dan Ryan Expressway before crashing their vehicle and being captured on foot. The suspects involved in the robbery have not been released from jail.

The charged individuals are Victory Banks (33 years old), Will Brown (21), Aldonte Goodman (22), Anthony Hampton (24), Dalvin Johnson (31), and Armon Williams (18). They face felony counts of theft by unauthorized control of property exceeding $100,000 and $500,000, burglary, and criminal damage to property between $500 and $10,000.
